Flames Futsal is an accredited Football Federation Victoria futsal (indoor soccer) centre located in Rowville & Endeavour Hills. We aim to provide players the opportunity to experience futsal in a fun environment. The game is played between two teams of five players with the court defined by lines, and not nets and boards which are a potentially dangerous obstacle. Wayward passes give the opposition easy possession to score quickly, combined with the walled and net style of indoor soccer allow passes to rebound back into play using bad technique. Futsal encourages good technique by letting players learn to control the ball more effectively, such as trapping the ball with the correct part of the foot, shielding the ball from an opponent and the emphasis of successful passes.

Our Knox Flames Under 11 Boys competed on the weekend and were up against some good opposition. Though the results didn’t go there way they enjoyed themselves and the challenge that the league brings them. See the fixture and results for more details.
Knox Flames Futsal Club Seeks Senior Players
The Knox Flames Futsal Club is the only dedicated Futsal club in existence within the City of Knox. Our club will be entering a senior team within the FFV run Melbourne Futsal League (MFL) which is a weekly competition where other like minded clubs compete against each other. Our senior team has a few vacancies to fill. We train every Thursday night at Rowville and our matches are played at a central venue (TBA) on Friday evenings. If you want to take your Futsal to a higher level, we would love to hear from you.
